From my personal collection...

Beautiful Original Lines Tri-ang Toys Sportiboy Rocking Horse. Approx. 1920's. She is just beautiful and the photos don't do her any justice, she is a really special horse! I am more than happy for her to be viewed in person, she has to be seen to be appreciated. She is the perfect size for a small house or special corner. It will be extremely hard to part with her...

She measures 845mm high (34") 915mm long 360mm wide.

It is VERY rare to find a horse of this age with her original glass eyes, hair, removeable saddle & stirrups, bridle, ribbon rosettes on bridle & chest and FM bit. Stand is in excellent condition and horse is very structually sound.

She has Metal Tri-ang Toys identification plates attached to the front & back of stand and her swing iron brackets are stamped LBLTD SP1. A near identical horse can be seen in the reference book 'A Kiss of Rocking Horses' by David Kiss on pages 330-331.

This horse is a genuine investment for a collector to be kept in her present condition.

I am open to genuine offers. I would like to see her go where she can be loved & appreciated as she is wasted tucked away in my spare room.  More Photos Available...
